What we collect
What you type into the form: the property address, the answers about the lot, your name, phone number, and email and notes if you add them. We also record the page you sent it from, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link.
What we do with it
We use it to price the property and to call, text or email you about it. ArtStayz does not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not pass them to lead brokers.
Who else sees it
The services that deliver your enquiry to our team (our email provider and our messaging app), and, if we move forward, the title company and attorneys involved in the sale.
Calls and texts
If you ticked the consent box we may call or text the number you gave, including by automated means. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us on the phone. Consent is never a condition of a sale.
Deleting your details
Reply to any message from us and ask, and we will delete what we hold about you unless the law requires us to keep it, for example after a closing.
